If your Hitachi product proves to be defective due to a manufacturing or operating defect within 12 months of your purchase, Master-Outillage guarantees the replacement, free of charge, of all defective parts or of the entire unit, provided than :
the product has been used correctly,
the product has been subjected to normal wear and tear,
proof of purchase is provided to us.
You will then have to contact our after-sales service by going to the contact tab at the top of the page. We will then make an appointment to bring a transporter to your home. Upon receipt of your product, an assessment of the breakdown will be carried out and if this breakdown falls within the framework of the warranty, the repair and the return will be free. Otherwise a repair estimate will be sent to you.
All repairs to products under warranty are carried out by Hitachi France or an authorized repairer.
