the product has been used correctly,
the product has been subjected to normal wear and tear,
proof of purchase is provided to us.

Upon receipt of your product, an assessment of the breakdown will be carried out and if this breakdown falls within the framework of the warranty, the repair and the return will be free. Otherwise a repair estimate will be sent to you.
